Fantastic Service!

Mazuma Mobile sent me a very quick and easy valuation for my order. I sent my order which was 1 iPhone 5 16gb Black & 1 iPhone 5S 16gb White, on Saturday morning and by 8am Monday morning I had received an email to inform me that my order had been received. I was very impressed considering I sent my Mazuma's standard free delivery which should take 1-3 working days, but it actually took less!! Within a matter of hours on the Monday, I had notifications to inform me of changes on my order (as I made an error; I put they were 2 x iPhone 5s' instead of 1 of each) and these were rectified very quickly. By the Tuesday morning I had notifications form Mazuma which informed me my order was complete and my payment had been sent. This was very quick, very efficient and the pricing of my order was very fair and was better than most competitors. This is not the first time I have used Mazuma, I have used them twice before and will continue to use them to recycle all my old mobiles. It's a shame they do do this for all electrical appliances! Highly recommend.
