The company was recommended to me, I completed an application form online, requesting an envelope on Friday 25th April. This arrived on the Saturday and was returned on the Monday via Royal Mail 48 hour tracking service.
I received 3 emails within the space of a few hours advising me that my old phone had been received, processed and that payment would be made by cheque.
My cheque arrived this morning Thursday 1st May, less than a week from start to finish.
I will certainly recommend Mazuma mobile to my friends & family when they change their phone.
