“They spam and use language to suit themselves”

Although Mazuma provide a very efficient service which is convenient to use, the price they are actually offering for technology is far below market value. As to their customer services they seem more concerned with giving you the runaround rather than providing service to customer. Also received racist abuse from them about me "coarse language" which is Scots... perhaps they meant that I had used a "word they consider coarse", but I take it as racism to object to my national language as "coarse" over the use of a phrase which is in common usage up here. To translate to cockney: they are taking the micky with their prices.

I may have used "a coarse word" the language I used was Scots... your characterization of my native tongue as "coarse" is racism.

"word", a coarse word, versus my "language", Scots, being coarse... look at a dictionary, English is not my first language but I can see that you are choosing how to use it to cause maximum offence.
