I've used other mobile recycling companies before and had some dreadful experiences. Mazuma Mobile, on the other hand, couldn't have done a better job. I posted my phone just under 24 hours ago and I've already received payment.
I left the Post Office at 4:45pm yesterday. By 9am today, I'd received an email confirming receipt. 15 minutes ago, I got an email confirming the full amount quoted had been paid into my account.
Because they only needed the handset and battery, I still have a spare charger and a 64GB microSD card worth £80.
This is one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a very long time, and I really can't recommend Mazuma Mobile highly enough. Being a bit of a gadget freak, I change handsets regularly, and from this point on, they'll will be the only mobile recycling company I deal with. Even if I can get a better deal elsewhere, I will stick with Mazuma because I'm confident I won't end up having to send stroppy emails or make numerous phone calls to find out what's gone wrong and why (as seems to happen with almost every other company I have to deal with these days!).
