I sent off my old iPhone 4 and was offered £110 which I thought was really good. After afew days I got an email telling me the phone was faulty and they would only give me £40. Apparently there was a problem with the home button? It worked fine before I sent it, it was sometimes abit slow but it worked. I requested them to send my phone back now as this is ridiculous. The phone is fine, it is worth a lot more than £40.

Thanks for your review and sorry to hear your comments.
Our website does state that all buttons must work in order for a phone to be classed as 'working'. The Home button on an iPhone is a key button for functionality.
We offered you the non-working value with the option to have the phone returned free of charge.
