Firstly, the price quoted was not the highest I found online. I suspect that there is a reason for this - The Mazuma experience actually works! Completing the selling form was straightforward and speedy. There was plenty of help, in particular being shown where the imei number was saved me a bit of head-scratching.
Being able to download the labels online instead of waiting for the packaging was a masterstroke as it meant I could get the iPad off to them straight away. Once they had received it, confirmation came quickly and payment to my bank shortly after.
I cannot fault them at all.
First rate, professional service with absolutely no awkward glitches.
