i sent a them a nokia c7 not blocked perfect working then next day i get an email from them that it is blocked and they are going to keep it i rather go with fonebank they gave me good service.

Unfortunately, without knowing your name or order number we are very limited in replying to your comments.
Mazuma Mobile support and adhere to the 'Stop Stolen Mobiles Being Recycled' code of practice set by the Home Office and the National Mobile Phone Crime Unit. UK legislation states that we cannot under any circumstances return or pay for a blocked mobile phone or device at any time unless the block has been removed.
If your phone is blocked, you would have be given 28 days to unblock the phone in order for us to make payment.
Please let us know what your order number is if you would like us reply to this review in greater detail or if you would like us to provide you with a CheckMEND report evidencing your phone is blocked (registered lost/stolen).
