Mazuma are saying that my phone was lost in the post and that they never received it and are blaming Royal Mail for losing it.
Royal mail are blaming Mazuma.
Either way I have not been paid and lost m,y phone and money for it.
Do not recommend.

The freepost service we provide includes up to £46 loss/damage cover with the Royal Mail if you obtained a proof of posting. In all fairness, how do you know they are not telling you the truth? I think telling people not to trust them is not justified when you cannot prove they are wrong. One would have to askwhy you would post a mobile phone without sending registered post?
