AVOID THIS COMPANY

1 star is too many for this bunch. Sent them my j5 which was promised £52 for. My phone met ALL the criteria for a working phone. It was in excellent condition with one small scratch to the back of the phone.

Was packaged well and they received the next day. I had an email to say that my offer had been reduced to £38 and I had 5 days to say if I wanted to accept or cancel order (however to cancel the order would cost me £3 for them to return phone)

Their email with the revised offer stated it was because excessive wear and tear- this is not mentioned anywhere in the t&c on their website. They are changing the rules as they go just to get money out of you.

I have challenged this and they have come back saying there is missing metal however the j5 2015 was only made of plastic! So not sure how there can be missing metal.

Joke of a company who have very clearly added their own reviews to this site to make themselves look good.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Am about to report them to watchdog and trading standards.
