They received my tablet Ok, but then asked for my Apple ID. Told them no, because there's no way I'm going to hand over that info. Nothing for nearly a fortnight, until I contacted them again to find out what the heck was going on. After some back-and-forth, it turned out that I hadn't removed the tablet from Find My Device. But I had to figure that out. Not impressed. Money is now in my account, the full amount they quoted me, that it worked out in the end. But can't reall recommend them based on their communication skills. Seems I'm not alone in finding their service leaving something to be desired.
