The only problem I had was that during selecting and checking out there was no description about how you are supposed to package the phone when you send it. As I made the mistake of binning the box for the phone before the pre-paid envelope came only to find out that you need to put the phone in a box to send it back, even though I did look through the web-site to see what I could find out about the packaging procedure. I would like to see the same information given on the leaflet send out on the web-site.
