STAY AWAY COMPANY

like many I guess I was lured by there highest offer sent phone off recorded delivery it was Samsung galaxy s3 fully working same day they received phone I get e-mail saying its faulty and are now offering £70 which is 20 below what a faulty phone would get on mazuma mobile but I knew for a fact phone was fine, e-mailed them heard nothing so I rang and rang (constantly engaged) finally got though women spoke so quiet and mumbled everything couldn't understand a word she was saying I said I rejected offer and would like phone returned , later on that day I checked status on line nothing changed so tried ringing back after about half a hour got through same mumbly woman and she had no account of me rejecting offer and would I like the £70 which Instantly said no and would like phone returned they said it will be 2 working days from today, to me this seems a company where they receive phones then say its faulty and either sell them on for more money making more profit off fully working phones absolute sham NEVER USE TOTALLY RUBBISH
