“TERRIBLE SERVICE”

I sent 4 phones in two packages, 2 in each. Fonebank say they never received them even though Post Office say both could not have gone missing. Fonebank cannot be bothered to look for them and I have to conclude they probrably have them and have miss laid them, but cant be bothered to deal with my complaint. So all in all TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience.
