We sent Fonebank a fully working handset yet they sent us a cheque for less than half the amount. When I chased this up they claimed the handset was broken when we sent it in. It wasn't. They offered us back the broken handset knowing we would receive less money elsewhere. They were also abrupt on the phone (after first failing to return my calls) and treated me like a criminal trying to scam them out of money.

Appalling service from start to finish. Avoid at all costs.
