Went online recommended by 3 mobile when I upgraded my iPhone, sent a immaculate and full working condition iPhone 4 to them, best online quote, paid £6.60 to send the phone as advised by the website. Got an email today to inform me they would pay me considerably less than the original quote as the headphone port wasn't working, despite it being in full working condition up to the date I sent it, I used the plug in earpiece to make and receive calls up to the time I reset the phone.
Find it very hard to believe the phone developed a fault in transit and now they say I have to pay another £6 to have it returned, sounds to me like they water me to take the lesser offer rather than the hassle of having to pay to have it returned, definitely feel like I am being conned.

i have the same problem i agreed to go with them with my galaxy s3 fully working offered £295, received an email saying my camera isnt working (when it was before i sent it off as i used it before i sent it off) and they offered me £50 less. Never use them, they will offer you the best price and bid you down!
