Maybe it's not fone bankers fault. Maybe royal mail are the incompetent (or thieving) ones. I sent an old Sony as a test run, and it worked fine (hence 2 stars). I send a blackberry valued at £48, and hey presto it dosent arrive. Initial enquiries at post office suggests that the certificate of posting insurance doesnt cover mobile phones..... I'll get back to you on that one.
