Having seen adverts for trading in phones but never getting around to doing it i decided with Xmas coming up now would be a good time. I checked other sites which were more well known however Fonebank was the highest payer for all of the phones I had. You have to use your own envelope which speeds up the process and they offer 2 options for postage, free or special delivery. I had previously been slightly dubious however I was delighted to see that after 3 working days of posting, the full amount quoted has been paid directly into my account. would definitely recommend and hope to use them again in the future!
