Been having a clear out of old mobiles after purchasing a smart phone, and just posted my 3rd to Fonebank.
On the previous 2, they have e-mailed me 2 days after posting to confirm receipt of the phone, then paid directly into my bank 2 days later.
They offered the best price on all 3 on a comparison site, so, personally, I can't fault them.
