Send my used phone in full working order and was offered 46 pound then receive an email offering me 26 as the phone has wear and tear. The phone was in excellent condition yes you could see it was used and had wear but I'm not selling a new phone. I've always used o2 and this messing around wasn't worth the extra £7 do not use these people it's a complete scheme

Absolutely disgusted hate peopke trying to rip me off.
