Simple, Easy Service!

Really really pleased with my experience with Envirophone, having sold 2 phones to them now. They offered a good price for both my phones, and was really happy that despite a few scratches on one they were still happy to accept the phone for a slightly reduced price. The entire process is very easy and straightforward, with easy-to-follow instructions (e.g. working learning how to reset my Samsung Galaxy S4!)A quick and easy packaging process, which takes 2 minutes. After that all you need to do is nip your phone to the post office and then wait for the payment! Envirophone keep in frequent e-mail contact and keep you updated as to when they have received your phone and when you can expect to receive your payment. Payment went through both times with no problem. Overall, very pleased with this service and would recommend to a friend if they were looking to sell their phone! It is far easier than selling your phone to another person.
