Apart from offering the most competitive prices for phones, envirofone's service is impeccable from start to finish. Not having to worry about postage and packing was a huge advantage and I was kept updated of my order throughout the process.

Pros:
- having an online account that I could log into at any time to check the progress of my order.
- being offered the highest price for my handset
- transferring the money into my bank account
- supplying postage and packing materials

Cons:
- there weren't any!

I cannot recommend envirofone highly enough.
