I sent 2 phones to them, both of which they changed the original price on one saying the screen was cracked so greatly reduced the price and the other apparently didn't get there in time although both re sent with days to spare. The one with the apparent cracked screen was sent back to me and doesn't have a cracked screen and has been sent to a competition who has paid the full amount which is considerably more than enviro done were offering in the first place. I have used others companies in the past all of which are much better than this company

Without knowing your account details I cannot look into his to find out where exactly we said the crack was, although I’m assuming that it was a hairline fracture which might have been missed by a company who don’t test phones as thoroughly as we do. We will always have a phone re-tested by a testing supervisor if a customer is not happy with our initial testing verdict and we always return phones free of charge. Many other companies will charge anything up to £10 to return a phone.
