I have used enviro phone before and not had any problems until this time, when I sent the phone it was in excellent condition but some how when it got to enviro phone it had a damaged facia surround ( whatever that means) I asked for an explanation but got told the phone would be retested and a revised offer would be issued. I received the revised offer which ended up being same as the first offer I know I could have asked for the phone back but it can take upto 14 days and I needed the money so I accepted the offer. It does state that cosmetic wear and tear is acceptable but obviously not in this case and as a result lost me £45.00. The overall experience has been very disappointing.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review.
Without knowing your account details I cannot look into your account to see exactly what was wrong with your phone. Damage to the fascia usually means that it is cracked, chipped or dented. We do not reduce the value for wear and tear.

The reference number is S18350545247 when the phone was sent it did not have any cracks or dents
