Excellent service. Overall procedure well explained on the website. Envelope arrived in post super quick and I got the money in my bank account about a week after posting my phone to Envirofone. They even send you an email to remind you to return the phone so you don't lose out on the price offer. Faultless. I would (and have) recommend to anyone.
