I sent my device but unfortunately received an email saying there was a red flag problem with my phone. I was really disapointed and thought this was going to be very time consuming. Not so, they provided me with all the necessary contact details I needed to get this removed with a support team. All my emails were responded to almost immediately. Even though I had to remove this red flag, Envirofone made sure the service was as straight forward and quick as possible to get the cheque to me. Can't fault this service at all. 100% satisfied.
