Have used envirophone in the past with no problems. Sold 2x HTC Desire phones this time, sales were made approx one week apart. This seemed to cause problems as having sent the first phone back they then proceeded by paying the value of the second sale which was five pound less than price offered.
I then sent back the second phone which was repriced due to some damage, I contacted them and they initially seemed very reluctant to pay me the under payment from the first sale. After a couple of phone calls it was agreed that the underpayment would be added to the revised price on the second sale.
This is not reflected on my account at present so will await the payment with interest !!!
