When tidying through my study I found a couple of old phones. Decided to sell them. Envirofone offered me £3.06 for each, then after I sent them they reduced the offer on one to 98p as it was apparantly damaged between me sending it and them receiving it. There was a clause to say if I don't take action within three days they would assume consent. I don't like this as ifI often go 3 days or more without checking emails.
I asked for the phone in question to be returned as the I believed it was undamaged. The offer then got revised back to the original value of £3.06.
Weeks later I am still waiting for payment for one phone.
I know that it is all small amounts of money, but I don't like the way Envirofone operates
