I was slightly disappointed with Envirophone. I have used Mazuma mobile previously and firstly they get the packs out quicker to you. Two days qicker in fact.
Secondly the phone that i sent Enviophone was brand new, I had just received it back from my insurance company. I packaged it very well to makes sure that there was no way of damage in transit. So when i received an email saying it was damaged and i was only going to recieve £100 instead of £170 shocked me.
The truth is I think Envirophone use this as a tactic to get you to settle for less and they dont have to pay out as much. It is completley dishonest practice in my opinion and it wasnt until i challenged it that it miraculously "passed" further testing

I simply wont use them again and will go back to Mazuma. FACT
