Sony Xperia 10

Well I sent the xperia 10 off and a few days later I got an email stating phone had faults!! A cracked back cover, also back cover would not stay on! And it stated technical faults. Original web offer £55.11, I was offered £33, £22 less because of above faults!
Hmmm...... To my knowledge no cracked back cover as I checked phone thoroughly, I did notice that rear cover stayed on apart from one corner, this was due to the battery being slightly blown out of shape.
So I called them and spoke with Margaret, very helpful and said she would get phone rechecked.
Received email saying faulty battery as it had lost its shape! I knew this cause I had already told them, but NO cracked rear cover or technical faults!!, but still offered me £33 instead of the web price £55.
I made another call and spoke with Margaret, again very helpful, I offered to send a new replacement battery as I knew a new battery was going to be a couple of quid.
Sent battery off, week later I called and they said they had just received it and all was good.
They then said they would pay the full £55, I had chose PayPal, that took nearly two weeks to receive because they give you a date that it will be deposited.

Overall I got to say it was a balls ache as they was not 100% honest with their fault finding and I had to do a fair bit of chasing, however dealing with Margaret was a pleasure.

We got there in the end.
Think il use gumtree or eBay next time.
