phone sent and accepted by envirophone. received e-mail to say cheque actioned and when after 5 days i had not received the cheque, i e-mailed my concerns to envoirophone who told me to wait for 7 working days and the cheque would be reissued. i am still waiting for the cheque now after nearly 4 weeks
