I was happy with the price of my phones, the only thing that let it all down was:-

It took 8 days for me to recieve my return envelope and information through my door.

The member of staff that initally spoke to spelt my e-mail address incorrectly and I didnt recive my payment when I was told I was going to.

I had to wait 18 minutes before I could talk to an advisor, and as you know 0844 numbers from a landline aint cheap!

Had to wait a day before a request could be put through to re-issue my payment

After speaking to two different advisors, I now have to wait another week before I recieve my payment again through paypal and could damage my reputation on ebay as I have made a purcharse on there and was relying on these funds to complete the transaction.

At this moment in time I would NOT refer a friend to envirofone, due to the lack of support throughout.
