“Quick, Easy and Hassle-free”

I chose Envirophone because a friend recommended them but I also like the idea that they would give a fair price based on the condition of the phone rather than a arbitrary working/broken price. The envelope for my phones was sent quickly and I was sent a reminder after a few days which was helpful as it had slipped my mind. I was kept informed every step of the way via email and I was offered full price for one phone and half-price for an older model which no longer functioned - I was allowed a refusal on the latter but I was happy to accept.
