Very impressed with the ease of the Website and the fact that I got an email the day after I had posted the phone to say it has passed testing and would a cheque would be sent to me 1st class on 8 June. By my reckoning 1st class normally takes 24-48 hours. I did not receive the cheque until Thursday 14 which seems a very long time to wait for something that was sent 1st class 6 days previous. Other than that it was efficient.

Perhaps it should have been made clearer that it sometimes takes a week for the cheque to arrive then I wouldnt have been expecting it any earlier.
