Sent my iPhone in perfect condition. They sent me an email saying a part was missing so offered me £70 less that they had before I sent it. I asked them to send it back and declined their offer as I knew a part definitely was not missing. When I got my phone back the part was missing. They had obviously took the part and made it look like it was. Now I can not sell my phone for the price I should be able to sell it for. Disappointed and annoyeed.
