I was disappionted that envirofone were quick to send you reminders they hadnt received the phone even though had been posted but once they received the phone they wouldnt release the cheque for 10 days. I think they should release the cheque the moment they have received and tested the phone they are quick to tell you that they are waiting but no so quick on the paying. I would still use the service again though and recommend to friends as they appear to be the best value phone recycling around.
