envirofone service was excellent right up until payment, i recieved my envelope the very next day after getting the valuation for my old phone, i promptly popped the phone in the envelope posted it and waited a day then followed it's progress online all was fine until i saw how long before they would post the cheque 7 days! i had had selected cheque as apposed to money transfer because i do not like to give bank details over the net...i was desperate for the cash so not that bothered but having to wait 7 days bewfore they even post the cheque is quite dissapointing
