They know how to take money of you but do not know how to make their payments. I have waited the required time (40 days) plus over a month extra and I still have not received my payment of 120 pounds for the recycling of my old laptop. I have emailed the 'help' team numerously and I am now being ignored! (read more)

I've used other mobile phone recyclers and to be honest, Currys have to be one of the best in comparison. I sent a phone, took a week to get there but that was the fault of the post office! They acknowledged receipt of my phone and I had payment two days later! Excellent - can't fault them. (read more)
