ordered a laptop on the net for collection, went to collect it and the 2 staff working on the collection desk were very slow, que started building up and clearly they looked un organised and under staffed. When I was seen the lady said they bringing my laptop over in a minute, waited another 25 minutes and all this time they were serving the same people on both tills, finally I spoke up and said ive got kids in the car, how long will it be, they then called another staff over who took me to another desk and sorted me out, nice people but totally wasted my time
