If you are thinking of using these because they offer a higher price DON'T they just reduce it when they receive your phone. This company are just absolutely awful. Sent my phone in and it took three weeks for them to confirm receipt and then immediately followed by another email reducing the offer. Despite replying immediately accepting the offer it took a further two weeks to receive payment. Attemprted to contact by email four times and left three telephone messages but never any reply of any kind. As for them reducing the offer there was absolutely nothing wrong with the telephone only minor blemishes to which they stated in terms and conditions would have no effect on the value. What false words are they. This company are just modern day highwaymen as it appears from all reviews they reduce the price each time. My advice to you is STAY AWAY. At least with Mazuma and other you receive a quick and efficient service and the actual price quoted.

Sent off two phones to CMF and both times they've taken off 15% for cosmetic wear. Their Ts and Cs are contradictory - firstly it says that cosmetic wear is acceptable for phones paid at the full trade-in value, then several paragraphs down, a 15% deduction is mentioned. Both phones I sent were in excellent condition; the first I had sent back and I sent it to another recycler; the other they upped their offer to reflect a 5% reduction, which I accepted. They take almost a week to acknowledge phones have been received, which is one of the slowest response times I have experienced for a mobile recycler. Definitely not my first choice.

Sent 2 phones in perfect working order, by the recomended recorded nxt day delivery, both wrapped in bubble & sent in padded pacakaging. Took a week for them to acknowledge receipt of phones,despite my emailing as you cant get any answer on there phone lines. Once they confirmed receipt by email they then said that both phones were not working so they would pay a less amount for the phonea or send them back to me. Still cant get through on phones have sent several emails asking for a callback no such luck. They still have my phones & I am am still unaware as to whats happening almost 4 wks later!

I sent my mobile HTC Desire on 3rd June by recorded delivery - 4 days later received an email saying my phone hadn't been received so I emailed them to say I have Receipt of postage - a few mins later received an email saying it had been received and a couple of seconds later I received another email saying the phone wasnt in working order and there were marks ~Total rubbish as the phone was working perfectly well before they received it They offered me £5 less but I had also paid the post of £4 so would have lost £9 in totalI emailed asking what the problem was and have heard nothing whatsoever I have no idea where my phone is. I am emailing them every day but they are blatantly ignoring my emails I have threatened them with the Police and reporting them to Watchdog as they shouldn't be allowed to treat people like this I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONRE - STAY WELL CLEAR AND LOOK FOR A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY. I am absolutely disgusted they can get away with it - can anyone help me as I want my phone back and will send elsewhere but I have no idea where it is or what state it will be in if I ever receive it. Surely there must be something I can do.

I sent my phones on 10th may, was promised an e-mail when it arrived. No e-mail so have now e-mailed them twice with no reply. They need investigating. I was only due £21, but its annoying to know I have been ripped off. DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING
