I sent my iPhone to this company two weeks ago via special delivery track and trace so I know they got it they should have put the money in to my bank with in four working days but two weeks later I have no phone and no money I have tried to contact them via phone and email but have had no reply up until now I would not recommend this company to any one and would advise to only use company's who people have had dealings with before. Looking at all the reviews and from my personal experience, this company automatically reduces the prices of the phones they receive by 15% and take forever to pay rather than the advertised 48 hours after receipt. I found that when it came to sending out an envelope to return my handset to them they were superb! After that its all downhill I have to say!!! Their website says you can contact them on two separate phone numbers, well, one number states 'mailbox is full' (I b****y bet it is!!!) and the other number rings for about 5 minutes and then the line goes dead, if you try again I can guarantee the line is busy!!!!!! I sent 4 phones to Cash My Fone that were all in perfect/nearly new condition. They sent me a chaser email on Monday to say they hadn't received the phones (I have proof from the Post Office that they were signed for on the previous Friday). Watch out, they say they never recieved my phone and it took days of emails and calls to get through to this company. £78.00 out of pocket now. it was sent in THEIR freepost envolope with my return address details inside. Do not trust the offer price, as even if you have a 100% prefect phone, they will definitely take off at least 10% of their offer. I sent a perfect phone to cashmyfone, with no external damage and in total working order. After 6 days of hearing nothing from them, they emailed reducing the price by 10%.
