Very poor service provided, I had to chase constantly not only to see if they'd received my phone (sent special delivery at a cost to me of £6.95) as no confirmation was received, but also once received to see why they had reduced the original price offered by 15% for a few tiny scratches on an otherwise perfect condition phone. Phone took 7 working days to arrive by post . Credit where it's due the phone was tested quickly , however six working days on i'm still waiting for payment into my bank. The site has never updated with the status of my order and no one has answered the phone on the many calls i tried to place to chase. Could be better, although other sites offered less in settlement i guarantee they service is better ( such as Orange recycle). (read more)

Ive written 3 e-mails currently without a reply.They reduced the price offered by 15%...in terms and conditions 15% reduction is for scratches,deep dents or visable facial damage!!! non of which my phone had.I have asked three times for a reason or proof,no one has had the common curtesy to reply. i had this problem too, I have wrote over 5 emails and still have no response, i have tried calling them and it says there busy and the other number said that they have too many messages so you cant leave one. Im still waiting for my payment and its been over a week, annoying!

We are clearly not alone, this company is a disgrace.
My next move is to write to the CEO, if no satisfaction there I will go to Trading Standards. Then to Small Claims Court.

These guys offered me £43, my phone was in reasonable working condition, I packaged it up using there packaging and added my own extra protection guess what they came back and offered me £11 saying it was damaged. I've requested for my phone to be returned guess what never heard from them since this was7 days ago. Looked great offered £198.02 for a 1 year old Samsung Galaxy S3. The phone had been in a Samsung Flip Case from new and had a Zagg Screen Protector on it. I removed this and put the original unused back cover on before I sent the phone off. Paced in a bubble wrap and put into their envelope. The offer took 7 day to be made and they down valued it to £158, for mild wear and tear! The phone was immaculate!!!! I returned a Nokia X6 and was quoted a price of £22.30 but when they received it they said it was not in good condition as per their terms and conditions. They therefore decreased their offer to £18.95. I had no choice but to accept as I needed the cash quickly. I am annoyed as the phone had ALWAYS been used with a skin and screen protector. They are the worst phone recycling company I have ever used. To say I work for them makes me feel physically sick!
I've reported them to watchdog, apparently they have had a raft of negative reports regarding this company and will be running an exposé on them in the next month or two!

The whole process took 13 days from start to finish. They claimed to have not received my phone when I had royal mail proof of delivery. There contact phone numbers, one is constantly unobtainable and the other rings until it goes to voice mail when you can't leave a message as the mail box is full.
