“No Customer Service”

Sent my phone off early September and took until 12th to process and accept. We are now on 24th and I still haven't received BACs payment as promised back on the 12th as per their email which states 48 hours. I have tried to contact without success.I wouldn't recommend for a quick sale, I know to use a more well known recyclers next time like I have in the past.
