I sent my phone to cash4phones on 28/11/13 following all instructions. A week later still not received any information from them, I contacted them through email a week later, they then emailed me on 9/12/13 to say they have received my phone and to allow upto ten days to process the test and make payment I still have not received any information ten days later, I have tried to email them but it will not let me email because I have already sent a email I have tried to track my order on the website but it just says payment pending and has done since 9/11/13.
