I wanted to recycle my old Samsung S5230 Tocco Lite and I have sent it to Cash4Phones. After they have quoted me £15 initially, when they have received the handset, they have only offered £3.68.
Since the phone was only sitting in a drawer and thought this is better than nothing, so I have accepted it. A few weeks later on the 21st September they have sent me an email, that they have issued the payment. The payment never arrived.
I have sent them an enquiry email on the 11th and 26th October, to which the reply email was the same. They said they have experienced some technical difficulties and the payment has been processed now by the accounts team and it will be paid. Needless to say, that the payment never arrived.
I am aware that the money involved in very little, however the concept of blind robbery annoys me deeply.

Would you happen to know what there number is? Because I seriously need to get to the bottom of this is it has made my son very very upset
