I sent my phone in they received on the 5th November, no confirmation that they had even my received my phone until I sent email. They updated my account to say it passed and the payment offer which was the same changed to payment pending this was on the 15th nov. Email received on 18th to say confirmation email will be sent saying payment date.
It's now the 30th nov still not received email payment still pending, sent email several times still no response from them. Tried to phone the 0845 number several times and on phone up to an hour each time and still never got through would never recommend them shocking customer service very unhappy. Just want my cash or phone back now.
