I wish I had read some of the reviews before I sent my phone off, my phone was in perfect condition but apparently not. So I could either take a considerably lower offer or pay to get my phone back. Either way these guys win. I would love to know what % of offers are followed by a lower counter offer, judging by some other reviews I think it would be high. Avoid this site and stick to the main guys who pay for old phones. They have probably got a member of staff who adds the positive reviews on this site.
