My experience of Cash4Phones seems to be similar to that of many others. I sent my Galaxy S phone to them in immaculate condition, apart from one minute scratch on the navi pad; in fact I was rather proud at how well preserved I had managed to keep my handset. No contact from the company so I went on line to check the status and they had reduced my offer by over 60% based on significant cosmetic damage...nonsense. Clearly this is a nice way for them to make money: offer the highest rate, get your handset in good condition, invent some lies about its condition and make you a significantly lower counter offer but not bother telling you, you then have 5 days to reject it or they send you the money and there's nothing you can do about it then. Oh, and don't even attempt to get in touch with them because they clearly don't bother answering their calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY is my overriding message.
