I sent an I Phone 3gs in as new condition wrapped in bubble wrap to protect it, their bags are rubbish. I was offered £106.00 online so thought that was a fair price. The next day i received a revised offer of £55.00 because they said it had a cracked back. I phoned and said that i didn't accept that and was told they would have another look and get back to me. Needless to say they didnt, so i telephoned again and was told the damage was not as bad as was first thought and i was offered £85.00. I accepted that offer as i didnt think i had a leg to stand on, after all they had my phone. I would never use them again and would not recommend them either. I wish i had read the reviews first because it seems they use the same scam on everyone.
