I sent away a blackberry phone as their site looked to be offering the best price. I then waited and waited for some form of communication. When they did email they said the phone had excessive cosmetic wear and offered only 60% of its value. I did not want to be messed about so took their offer :( Then it took 3 phone calls and many emails to get my payment. If someone is offering a few pounds cheaper - USE THEM IN STEAD - KEEP AWAY FROM CASH 4 PHONES
