Firstly, they claim to pay £111 pounds for an iPhone 16GB 3GS. I sent them my undamaged phone, which has lived in a case all of its life. They then insult me by offering £55.55, basically half of the price of what the phone is worth, claiming the back casing is scratched or cracked. The phone I sent in was near mint condition, so I can only think that this is a tactic they use to try and reduce the amount they have to pay you. I rang them immediately to reject the offer, and they said someone would re asses my phone and call me back. They didn't call back, so I called them and demanded an answer. They then suddenly decide to offer me £93 for my phone. I accepted because if i was to have the phone sent back to me it would cost. I then received an email stating that the fund would go into my account this week. As of this morning the funds have still not cleared. I'm awaiting a response and my money from them.
