Yes, another victim of the Cash4Phones scam. Got a quote for £56 on a phone comparison site and went with them and now highly regretting it when I could have gone for a more professional phone recycle company that doesn't knock half the price off for one scratch on the phone. Few days later I hadn't heard whether they received the phone so I logged on to the site to find that they we're now offering me £33 or I had to pay the sending back fee. Well I knew I had sent the phone in perfect condition so I rang them straight away before I had seen these reviews and they claimed they was going to have another look at the phone and get back to me. I wish I had seen all the reviews earlier as it seems I'm heading for the same result as many others and getting conned by these idiots! I've phone a second time furious and got the same answer that they will check the phone again and email me with a new offer. But in this economy no one has money to throw away and them just taking our phones for peanuts and making a large profit on them is equivalent to them stealing in my eyes and they won't hear the end of me until I've got at least £50 for that phone or it back the way I sent it free of charge!
Please don't use this company!
